photo of Thurman, a bouvier in need of a loving and responsible home.

THURMAN, midlife neutered male, rescued from bad situation.

Thurman was in bad shape, needing major vet care, when rescued, but he has been in foster care for some time and is now basically well. He has been neutered and is up to date on shots. He is scheduled for surgery to relieve chronic ear infections and to correct entropion.
Everyone who has had contact with this dog adores him and says he is very sweet and well behaved. His current foster home is unable to adopt him permanently ; he has been very well behaved with their small dogs. The vet who has been caring for him would love to adopt him, but has an infant child and , like so many vets, doesn't get to be home nuch. Another of his foster homes adores him, but one of their bitches beats up on him, so they cannot adopt him and give him the happy life he deserves.
We have good reason to believe he is from a very well regarded show breeder and have asked that breeder to furnish exact information as to his age and ancestry. You can see from the photo that he is an exceptionally good looking dog.

For further information , please contact the head of the caretaking group who is fostering him, <sweetcj7@yahoo.com>. I have no idea what the adoption policies or adoption fee will be ; you will have to ask . Please also use this contact if you would like to contribute financially to help with his large vet bills.
