A photo of the glorious moment of Chelsea obtaining her TDX (Tracking Dog Excellent). Chelsea is in the forefront, and Bones is beside me, as I hold aloft in victory our four found articles. At this point in time (3/19/89) there were only 4 Bouvier in the US who had earned their TDX, and Chels and Bones were thus 2 of the 4. Chels already had her FH tracking title (from the Schutzhund program) and was now the first dog to hold both TDX and FH. Bones already had his TDX and a week after this photo he earned his FH. By the way, this is the only photo I possess that shows both Chelsea and Bones looking really really good (Bouviers are hard to photograph) facing the camera with ears alerted nose highlighted and eyes showing.
