This is a pencil sketch inspired by Picasso's "Boy Leading Horse". The woman and her mare are looking backwards appraisingly at Picasso's boy and his stallion. My Bouvier puppy Keya gets into the act as a bystander. I did the original about 20 years ago (1980 or so) while taking some figure drawing/painting classes. At some point I wil do a color version.
