This is a photo of my Bouvier , Bones, in one of his first cattle herding lessons, at a herding clinic in Nevada. He is driving a herd of Angus cattle down the fence. as the cattle get near to the end of the fence , I will ask him to flank around in a half circle around me, so he arives in front of the cattle facing them. At that point I will ask him to stand and let the cattle react by turning to the opposite direction. After a momment, then I will ask him to walk up again to take them further down the fence line.
