Return to the Sixties? The Constitution directs a census every ten years. Now this is twisted into a gerrymander war, started by Texas. Overall fair voting results by also fairly representing minorities. It has now been crushed by this biased redistricting movement. In addition to this, the high court has further crippled the Voting Rights Act. Former slaves without representation Are now citizens with much less participation: As it appears, we have returned to the Civil Rights injustices of the Sixties.
