A Gerrymandering War. The Constitution directs a population-census every ten years. The country has generally attempted to redistrict more fairly, So that minorities can elect representatives of their choice. The Administration has directed Texas to gerrymander 5 districts, To shift the popular vote in favor of its party. California then followed through, but with the difference That the state population voted to make the change. In Texas the governor declared the changes without a vote. Other states have followed, displacing the districts further. This is essentially shifting the vote unethically. This was never intended by the Founders. We are undermining our very governmental stability, With this basically unfair gerrymandering attempt. How much more will those in power manipulate our system? Unspeakable.
