Compassionate Leadership. There was a leader of a certain country, Who treated most of his fellow leaders in a demeaning manner. A certain pope of Italy died and world leaders attended his funeral. As the leader of that certain country entered with his wife, The whole gathering remained absolutely silent. Whereas, as the leader governing previously to that certain leader, Who was compassionate and caring for his people and his fellow leaders, Entered and received a loud welcome from those fellow leaders. A compassionate leader will always be greeted and perceived positively, Even if not every one of his attempts at governing was always successful. Frank Maurer 26 April 2025 1410 Hours.
